Lung Prediction Panel

Predict genomic alterations in NSCLC samples
in minutes with an AI-powered assay

Lung Prediction Panel is an AI-powered research-use assay built on the CanvOI foundation model. It predicts the presence of eight genomic alteration biomarkers in NSCLC from H&E whole-slide images and provides results in minutes.

The RUO panel includes EGFR, KRAS G12C, ERBB2, and BRAF V600E mutations; ALK, RET, and ROS1 fusions; and MET exon 14 skipping. Results can support sample prioritization across a variety of research use applications including retrospective studies, tissue stewardship, and biomarker analysis.

This RUO product is not for clinical use. Please visit the OI Predict page to learn more about our clinical services and our Laboratory Developed Test (LDT).

How it Works

Upload WSI and perform QC

Following image upload, a quality control step ensures tissue integrity and quantity of analyzable tissue.

Rapid multi-gene AI analysis

Rapid analysis across all eight biomarkers in a single H&E-based workflow.

Exploratory biomarker data review

Review visual patterns, histological feature summaries, and heatmaps.

Research Evaluation

Lung Prediction Panel has been evaluated in internal and external retrospective research studies, including academic and biopharma collaborations.

AI-ENABLED TRIAL PRESCREENING
The Lung Prediction Panel may support investigational clinical-trial workflows, including sample prescreening and site-feasibility studies.

In prescreening workflows, the panel can prioritize samples for confirmatory molecular testing. Confirmatory testing is required to determine trial eligibility.
