About the Position

We’re looking for an NLP Data Scientist to join our cross-functional AI team dedicated to developing language-powered oncology solutions. Responsibilities

  •  Define, refine, and scope NLP tasks in collaboration with product, clinical and engineering stakeholders.
  •  Design, implement and maintain scalable data and model pipelines (data collection, preprocessing, training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring).
  •  Stay current with state-of-the-art research; introduce new ideas and methodologies that unlock business value.
  • Document processes, share insights and mentor teammates on NLP best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years working on NLP in production
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end projects — from requirement to live system.
  • Deep understanding of modern NLP: transformer architectures, prompt-engineering, RAG, Agentic architecture, evaluation metrics, error analysis, bias & fairness.
