About The Position

Imagene is currently seeking a Data Engineer to contribute to its research endeavors across various

fields. The role involves conducting data analysis to uncover valuable insights from research outcomes,

as well as structuring and parsing data to ensure each data point is encoded in a specific format. This

position holds the potential to accelerate the company's research efforts and presents an exciting

opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of many individuals.

Responsibilities

Engage with the Science team to offer valuable insights on validations.
Interact with the data acquisition team and support automation of certain aspects.
Transfer annotations from different sources to the annotation platform through parsing.
Develop ETL processes.

Requirements

2+ Years of experience in Python.
1+ Years of experience in NodeJS, bash, and Linux.
Experience with Numpy, Pandas, Sklearn
2+ Years of Experience with SQL and No-SQL
Experience with puppeteer
Experience with MongoDB - Advantage
