Junior Technical Product Owner

About The Position

As a Junior Technical Product Owner, you will work hands-on with our engineering teams, focusing on translating product vision into detailed, actionable software requirements. This is a highly practical role where you'll be directly embedded with technical teams, learning to break down complex features into clear specifications and user stories. You'll gain firsthand experience in requirement gathering, technical documentation, and agile processes while supporting the day-to-day execution of our development sprints

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with developers to define and document detailed software requirements
  • Transform high-level product concepts into specific, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Actively participate in technical discussions to understand implementation constraints and possibilities
  • Support the development team in daily standups, refinement sessions, and sprint planning
  • Validate deliverables to ensure features are properly tested and meet acceptance criteria
  • Track feature development progress and report on sprint objectives

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a product-focused software company
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to start immediately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical experience in system and requirements analysis
  • Experience in creating detailed functional and design documentation
  • Track record of writing clear and effective user stories
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Background in Quality Assurance or software testing

Additional Advantages

  • Experience in data analysis or data engineering
