About The Position

The Head of Product will leverage deep product, biomarker discovery and clinical development expertise to lead product strategy, define market fit, and drive successful launches. You will report directly to the CEO and partner with R&D, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams to shape our product roadmap and represent the company at strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive product vision and roadmap for AI solutions in biomarker discovery, translational research, and clinical development.
  • Market Fit & Customer Insights: Lead Voice of Customer programs - interviews, advisory panels, to validate value propositions and uncover unmet needs. Synthesize feedback into feature priorities and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Product Launch & Outbound Go‑To‑Market: Own product launch playbooks, sales enablement, and demand‑generation activities alongside Product Marketing and Commercial teams.
  •  External Representation: Present product strategy and results at scientific conferences and key customer workshops. Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, pharma partners, and industry bodies.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field.
  • 8+ years in product management or strategy within the pharma/biotech space, with direct drug‑development or biomarker experience.
  •  Proven track record launching complex scientific or clinical products.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with R&D and commercial teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI or computational biology platforms.
  • Prior success in outbound demand generation and sales enablement.
  • Deep network of Key Opinion Leaders in precision medicine.
