About The Position

As a Medical Scientist, you will play a vital role in advancing our AI-driven oncology solutions by contributing medical and scientific expertise. You will apply clinical knowledge to guide the design and execution of AI projects, ensuring their biological and clinical relevance. You will also lead the curation of medical data and support the automation of large-scale oncology dataset processing. This position combines medical knowledge with active engagement in research and collaborations, offering the opportunity to bridge biology, clinical data, and AI to drive innovation in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medical and scientific expertise to drive the development of oncology AI solutions and research, integrating clinical expertise with cutting-edge methodologies.
  • Support projects with academic and biopharma partners, ensuring strong clinical and scientific alignment, high-quality deliverables and effective scientific communication.
  • Guide the design, structuring, and interpretation of medical data to connect biological and medical knowledge with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement automated pipelines for clinical and medical data structuring, and curate large-scale oncology datasets using various technological tools to support AI model development.
  • Identify emerging clinical applications and research areas where AI can create impact in clinical trial design, diagnostics, and biomarker discovery.



Requirements

  • MD or PhD in epidemiology, public health, or another clinically focused field.
  • 2+ years of experience in translational research and/or oncology clinical research (clinical trials experience — an advantage).
  • Experience collaborating with external partners or stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving tools and project requirements in a fast-paced research environment, while taking ownership of work and deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience analyzing clinical datasets, including clinical trial data — an advantage.
  • Experience automating large-scale data processing using various tools — an advantage.
  • Experience with programming languages (such as Python, primarily for automation) — an advantage.
