To submit a case, follow these steps:

  • Send a request email to lab@imagene-ai.com.
  • Provide your name, work email address, and phone number in the email.
  • We will contact you to register an account for the online lab portal.
  • You will receive secured log-in details and a scheduled onboarding call, where we will guide you through the process of submitting a case.
