About The Position

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Software QA & Junior Product Owner. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in Quality Assurance who is looking to expand their skills into product ownership. In this position, you will focus 60% of your time on QA responsibilities and the rest on supporting product ownership activities.

Responsibilities

Define and implement test plans that cover various types of software tests, including functional, integration, regression, performance, stability, and usability testing
Document test results in test reports
Establish clear traceability between software requirements and test procedures
Identify, reproduce and report bugs
Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand software requirements, resolve quality-related issues and improve development processes

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in manual software testing
Experience in automation testing - an advantage
Experience writing testing documents (STDs/ATPs) and knowledge of various testing methodologies
Experience with various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing
Experience with testing web-based applications
Strong motivation to learn new things, a quick learner & a team player
Good communication skills
Proficient in English
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Practical experience with documenting requirements
